Accommodating and friendly couple

We booked Violet and her husband, Kong for 2 days to explore Beijing. The package included the usage of a MPV. They are very accommodating, and on our request, took us on a relaxing pace. They also took us to restaurants where the locals eat, rather than the usual "tourists restaurants". They gave good recommendations for places to visit and local restaurants as we stayed in Beijing for another 6 days after the private tour. Both Violet and Kong spoke good English, have good knowledge of Beijing and were very patient with us. Overall, they were more than just our guides, they were our friends. The cost for 2 days came to RMB 2,000 excluding tips, meals and entrance tickets.
