My family has toured with Violet two times, and she is great. I give her my highest recommendation. Our last trip, in 2011, was a truly a family vacation to remember. In total we were traveling with 8 adults and one baby, so we were no small crew. Violet took us to all of the amazing spots-the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, the Summer Palace, to name a few. She provided us with great information at each place. She accommodated all of our various needs throughout the day, was always prompt, found us great spots to eat (and helped us order) and worked with a reliable driver to take us around. Most of all what is great about Violet is that she really cares about her customers. She has a fun and caring personality. You will not want to say goodbye to her at the end! Megan M. Seattle
