I've hired Kong Lin for airport transfer and a day trip when my family came visiting me in Dec 2011. He is punctual, accommodating and spoke decent English. On the day that my family was departing BJ, he alerted me to check if the return flight was cancelled as he has gotten news of several cancelled flights due to bad weather. After I've checked that there was no flight cancellation, he picked up my family as planned and when they arrived at the airport, Kong Lin went the extra mile to check on their flight status that there was no flight cancellation before leaving my family at the airport. My family were impressed that he made that additional effort. I have also recommended him to friends when they visited BJ in Mar 2012 and were happy with his service as well.
